PRICING:

Autism/Speech Delay/Other Parent Consultations:

The fee for direct consultation and review of records, including educational, medical, previous neuropsychological, or school testing documents, is $450. To include a full report review within the consultation, all relevant records must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please note, this service is not an autism assessment; autism evaluations require in-person observational testing and comprehensive follow-up planning.

Autism Diagnostic Assessment (ages 12 months-19 years)

The comprehensive intake and assessment package is priced at $850 and includes at least three hourlong sessions, both virtual and in-person, tailored for intensive evaluation. This package covers a thorough record review and interviews with school or childcare staff as needed. Additionally, it includes the preparation of essential letters for insurance-covered services or school-provided autism therapies and accommodations. For families who have already completed a parent consultation with record review within the past six months, subsequent in-person assessments, family results/planning meetings, and letters will be billed at a rate of $200 per hour to a maximum of $400. This pricing structure ensures thorough autism and ADHD diagnostics and support documentation for your child’s needs.

Includes a FULL ADOS-2 assessment tool and individualized activities.

MOBILE IN HOME ASSESSMENTS ANYWHERE IN MASSACHUSETTS:

Travel within Massachusetts includes a minor hourly surcharge, which will be discussed when scheduling your HOME ASSESSMENT appointment. Home assessments are generally coordinated alongside Virtual Visits for comprehensive care.

ADHD Diagnostic Assessment: $175/hour, includes interviews, school interview (if parents request), recommendations and letters. Maximum fee: $500

ADHD Medication and/or Nonmedication Management: Subscription: $200 per month for 3 months, then $75 per month. Includes secure text and phone access, school administration orders, or other necessary steps to help our plans WORK for your family!

Problem-Based Visits (school consultations, anxiety, appetite, sleep, behaviors, specific learning or communication issues)

• New Patient: $300/hour for first visit

• Established visit: $200/hour if last visit was within 9 months.

• Subscription package with on demand secure texting and consultations: $200 per month for 3 months then $75 per month.

  Invoices with correct CPT and diagnosis codes are ready for submission to your insurance, HSA, or FSA accounts.
